At Queens Art Education Center, we nurture creativity, intuition, confidence, and technical skill in a supportive and non-competitive environment. Our classes provide a meaningful balance to academic pressures, allowing students to grow artistically while forming lasting friendships.

​

Founded in 1998 and led by Mr. Arthur Liu (Bihua Liu), the Center is a registered institute dedicated exclusively to visual arts education.

​

Mr. Liu is a graduate of Guangzhou Normal School of Education and Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. He earned his Master of Fine Arts from City College of CUNY in 1990. An accomplished educator and inventor, he developed the patented “Flowing Colors” oil painting technique, recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Many of our students have gone on to study at FIT and Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, while others pursue professional careers in the arts.

皇后区艺术教育中心致力于培养孩子的创造力、直觉力、自信心与艺术技能。在轻松、非竞争性的学习环境中，让学生在减轻学业压力的同时，建立长期受益的艺术修养与友谊。

本中心成立于1998年，由刘壁华（Arthur Liu）老师创办并亲自执教，是一所正规注册的专业艺术教育机构。

​

刘老师毕业于广州师范学院美术系及广州美术学院，1990年获得纽约市立大学（CUNY）城市学院美术硕士学位。刘老师不仅是一位经验丰富的艺术教育家，更发明了获得美国专利的“流彩油画”技法，并获得美国专利商标局认证。

​

多年来，本中心培养的学生成功考入FIT（纽约时装学院）、拉瓜迪亚艺术高中等知名艺术学府，亦有学生走上专业艺术道路。

Each class is 1.5 hours, including time for feedback

and homework review.

Weekend Group Classes

• $135–$160 per month

• $810–$960 for 6 months (1 month free)

• $1,620–$1,920 per year (3 months free)

One-on-One Private Lessons

• $80 per session
